I am a 30 year old professional African American male looking for housing with a estimated move in date between 9/15 and 10/1. The house must have a modern kitchen with amenities (stainless steel a huge PLUS but not a must), adequate places to park my car, and easy move in/credit terms. I am relocating to the area, so it needs to have easy access to expresways/parkways and/SEPTA.



My rent price is flexible. I am moreso interested in condo/apt living, but open to a house as long as its in great condition. Areas of interest are open as well, as long as its a safe and clean commmunity.
