Residential Counselors

NorthEast Treatment Center is currently searching for a reliable Part-Time Group Home Shift Supervisor to fulfill the following requirements:





• Provide instruction to clients in areas: housekeeping, recreation, nutrition, maintenance, personal hygiene, and social skills


• Provide counseling consistent with individual treatment plans


• Must handle crisis intervention and necessary documentation to any client as permitted


• Facilitate client programs, group schedules, and provide follow-up verification for accountability


• Make appropriate recommendations about client=s individual treatment plans, and individual program descriptions


• Provides direction and interaction consistent with EPP/ISP for all clients assigned as it occurs


• Transport clients as deemed necessary








Minimum Qualifications:





• High School Diploma or Equivalent


• 1 year experience working with children and/or adolescents


• Driver's License is a +


Office setting: School-based, community and home-based working, environment. Travel to Agency site for meetings, conferences or workshops required on an as needed.
