Facilitators (PT and FT)

We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time Facilitators! These positions are based at residential locations in the Malvern/Paoli/West Chester areas. Great opportunities for weekend work as well!



Duties of the position include: Assisting adult clients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) with activities of daily living, personal care, vocational pursuits and recreational activities. This will also entail driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's degree/two years college in human services field or equivalent experience with disabled individuals required, interest in obtaining brain injury education necessary. Valid driver's license, insurance and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained. Competence in writing, planning, organization and documentation, as well as time management skills required. Ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers a must. Ability to be a good team player and demonstrate positive client interaction skills essential. Must be creative and flexible.
