Proven experience working with end users in the implementation of Insurance and Financial Service solutions. This candidate needs to have strong organizational / project management skills and the ability to manage communications between the customer/end users and the corporate office. Has the ability to manage a schedule and meet timelines successfully. This position requires 25% travel, approximately 6-9 days a month.



The ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones, experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities, the ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to the Financial Services or Insurance Marketplace. Good communication skills with Senior Executives internally and externally. Effective use of reading, writing, oral communications skills, presentation techniques, meeting mechanics, and team building techniques. Needs to manage the implementation and deployment of an industry based software solution, make decisions that will affect deployments, and must have the ability to manage the client relationship.
