I have the direct for bank notes. I need my NCND signed in full, an LOI and proof of funds. Once I have this, everyone steps out and the buyer or buyer's representative deal directly with the Bank. If your buyer is not actually talking to the Bank then you do not have a direct source. For serious inquiries only.
