Will be assisting in mail backlog, entering address changes, and purchase order changes and customer billing requests
Requirements:
1. BA or BS Degree or a minimum of 3 years experience working in a billing or collections department.
2. Ability to handle complaints and other issues with customers/branches.
3. Telephone etiquette skills.
4. Requires excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
6. Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
7. Demonstrated sound judgment and analytical skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proficient in windows based programs.
