Associate Web Content Coordinator to help us meet the ever-changing needs of our readers by improving our online presence.

The main responsibilities of this position include:
Working with editorial staff to update our magazine websites – providing design/interface suggestions, and developing new online resources/sections
Manage functional aspects of the web sites in conjunction with existing web editorial team
Coordinating the creation of graphic and multimedia components to enhance content and user experience
Develop expanded community/engagement features including blogs and other interactive initiatives
Monitor and analyze competitor sites to help select and implement the latest Web features
Monitor interactive web trends via industry publications and websites
Streamline processes and procedures by developing content/production schedules
Initiating and managing multi-departmental projects involving Web design, development, marketing, editorial and sales
Advising our sales team on new web objectives and features
We’re looking for a self-motivated, self-directed individual who will function as liaison between several in-house creative and technical departments and advocate for Web strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:
2-3 years experience in developing, organizing, and managing web content
4-yr degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field
Web content management and/or print editorial management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
PREFERRED:
Web analysis experience
