Project Manager



Association Headquarters, one of Philadelphia’s Top 50 Employers, has an opportunity for an energetic and organized person to work with one of our newest client/partners. This unique position would work with an international law non-profit based in Washington, D.C. from our Mt. Laurel office.



Primary Responsibilities:

* Take responsibility for Client/Partner membership by acting as the primary

contact

* Utilize the Client/Partner Member Center as the primary tool for keeping

members connected to the association - including running reports, addressing

member needs/concerns and communication

* Serve as the liaison between Client/Partner and Amedco

* Manage all projects and day-to-day operations at AH for Client/Partner

* Coordinate agreed upon meetings with the Client/Partner Staff



Secondary Responsibilities:

* Recommend new projects to Client/Partner

* Make suggestions to Client/Partner and Amedco for improvements to the Member

Center



Knowledge/Skill/Training Required:

* Highly organized

* 3-5 years relevant project management experience, preferably with

associations or non profit organizations

* Proficient in Microsoft Office package (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Preferred interest in International Affairs, Law, or Political Science

* Experience in client and customer service

* Experience in managing and working in long-distance teams, with staff in

multiple locations
