In this leadership role, you will have a high impact throughout the organization by attracting top leadership talent (mangers and above) to our client company, a dynamic Fortune 500 national healthcare services provider.



You will work hard, play hard and be rewarded! While knowledge of the health care industry is a plus, it is not essential. More important is that you have a proven ability to build solid, trusted relationships with hiring managers and regional directors to uncover their hiring needs and use a consultative approach to determine the profile of the best candidate to fit those needs.



You will be measured on your ability to successfully fill positions within a set period of time, as well as your ability to provide service excellence to the hiring managers at all times during the process.



For this role, your experience should include a combination of successful recruiting experience within a dynamic, ever changing environment and demonstrated success using cold calling and networking as a viable sourcing method. A bachelor’s degree or the equivalent experience is required.
