Approximately 10 hours per week - daytime hours. Facilitates parent group discussions. Organizes and conducts activities with parents and children as needed. Assists adult participants with appropriate referrals for needed services. Assesses pre-school aged children using E-LAP and/or LAP-3 tools. Planning PACT activities for parents to take home and do with their children. Familiar with availability of West Philadelphia resources for parents. Periodic field trips.
