Then this challenging position could be for you. As a Sales Trainer with VertMarkets, you’ll play a key role in our Company’s continued growth and profitability as you support and educate new inside sales hires on the fundamental elements of our proven sales training process.



Responsibilities will include:

· Reviewing accounts

· Monitoring sales calls

· Mentoring and coaching trainees

· Making sales calls with trainees

· Educating trainees on the company’s policies and procedures

· Assess trainee skill development

· Maintain a group of your own accounts



Required Skills/Experience:

· 3+ years of sales experience

· At least 2 years of Sales Training/Management/Supervisory experience (Professional Training/Management experience will also be considered.)

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

· Strong attention to detail
