Customer Service Reps - Pharmaceutical Industry

We are currently looking to hire Customer Service Associates to join our client’s Pharmaceutical Marketing firm in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This position starts Tuesday, September 18th
Responsibilities:
In this position you will be responsible for making calls to doctors, pharmacists and other health care professionals and requesting them to participate in webcasts, dinner meetings, teleconferences and lunches to discuss new drug research
You will also conduct tele-research and/or marketing calls with healthcare professionals concerning new drugs that have recently gone on to the marketplace.
This position is phone intensive so the ideal candidates will have prior call center experience (Preferred but not necessary)
Requirements:
At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment is preferred, but not required.
Strong ability to think on your feet
Excellent Communication skills
Must be career oriented
Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Salary: $10.00/hour
