Hello. I am accepting a job in Philly that will begin in the next couple weeks and I need to find my own place. I can only stay with my mother so long before I rip my hair out. I am preferably looking for a guest house, carriage house, upstairs of a house, apartment or something with privacy. Sorry, I'm NOT looking to be someones roommate. I am looking for something in the suburbs, not the city. I am a quiet, non-smoking, neighborly, responsible person who wants to start life over again and be close to my family. I have never been late with a rent payment and would gladly give the names/addresses/phone numbers of the last few places I've lived for verification. Please let me know if you could possibly accomodate. Again, I am moving out this weekend and would like to move in as early as next weekend.
