Foreclosure Department Manager for mid-size Delaware County creditors’ rights firm. Applicant should have 3-5 years experience in all facets of foreclosure; be fully familiar and well versed with proprietary client systems (i.e. Newtrak, and Vendorscape) and have experience managing or leading a team of 10 or more employees. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparing and filing foreclosure judgments, managing the foreclosure department and its performance, new process development for the foreclosure department, foreclosure staff trainings, and motivating foreclosure staff to excel. Ideal candidate will be highly organized, aggressive, assertive, and forceful enforcing policies and deadlines and familiar with all aspects of Microsoft Office.
