Prestigious Center City Philadelphia law firm seeks a Senior Paralegal / Paralegal Supervisor to join their growing team. This position will assist with supervising a team of 8-10 paralegals and work very closely with top partners.





Job Requirements


- 5+ years of Intellectual Property experience, specifically in Patent Prosecution


- Knowledge and ability to handle complex, document intensive litigation matters


- Will have extremely strong technology skills, experience with electronic discovery and proficient with litigation software


- Able to motivate and manage others





Responsibilities will include


- Distribute assignments to paralegal team


- Monitor work flow and case progress


- Consult with attorneys ensuring that their needs are being satisfactorily met


- Project management


- Interview and train new paralegals





The ideal candidate will possess a four-year college degree, will have extremely strong technology skills, experience in electronic discovery and proficient with litigation software. Successful candidate must be a team player, highly skilled, flexible, efficient and results-driven. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required for successful achievement of position goals.
