VODOU DRUMMING LESSONS
James Armstrong, current master drummer at Sosyete du Marche, will be offering group Vodou drumming classes this Saturday, Nov 17 from 3-5pm at Sosyete du Marche in Lansdale, PA. James will be teaching traditional drum ensemble rhythms from the Vodou repertoire, primarily focusing on 1-2 styles from the Rada nanchon. Participants are then encouraged to stay for the fet following the group class.
