We are currently seeking an IT Project Leader for one of our national clients in Horsham, PA. This is a full-time, direct hire role with benefits.



We are seeking an individual with 10+ years experience managing large IT start-up projects.



Individual must have a strong background in telecommunications in the inbound cal center environment.



Individual will be working directly with clients to design a 2000+ seat blended inbound and outbound calling program.



Requirements:

VOIP

Call routing technologies (Genesys, GeoTel, Cisco, etc.)

Disaster Recovery

Carrier delivery options and path diversity

General desktop deployment
