JEDC (www.jedc.org) seeks an experienced Program Manager (PM) for SpringBoard, its DoD-sponsored technology transfer (TT) program. PM builds relationships with DoD labs nationwide, cultivates partnerships with industry, government and academia. PM plays key role marketing technologies, new applications, and DoD-related business opportunities. This senior position requires leadership, salesmanship, energy, creativity and diplomacy. Ten years experience managing complex projects or programs, leading teams and developing staff is required as well as an advanced degree in science, math or engineering. A Ph.D., MBA and experience with technology commercialization and/or technology licensing preferred. Working relationships within DoD a benefit.
